3105 H14 Aluminum Sheet Coil
3105 aluminum sheet is an aluminum alloy with 98% purity, primarily composed of Al-Mn as its main metallic elements. With the addition of some Cu and Mg compared to the 3003 aluminum alloy, it enhances the mechanical properties of the final product. It possesses higher strength compared to the 3003 aluminum sheet. It does not harden through heat treatment but exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, formability, and weldability.
Typical applications of 3105 aluminum sheet coils include bottle caps, such as caps for beverage bottles, threaded caps, and cosmetic caps. Other applications include room dividers, mobile home panels, truck/trailer roofs, signage, and plates.
