2024 O Aluminum Sheet
2024 O aluminum sheet is a typical hard aluminum alloy in the aluminum-copper-magnesium system. It has good overall performance and is the largest amount of hard aluminum used.
2024 O aluminum sheet has certain heat resistance and can be used as working parts below 150°C. At temperatures above 125°C, the strength of 2024 alloy is higher than that of 7075 alloy.

Application of 2024 O aluminum sheet
Aerospace field
Due to its light weight and high strength-to-weight ratio, 2024 aluminum plates are widely used in aircraft structures, including propellers, wings, bulkheads, wing ribs, rivets and other parts subject to high loads.
Auto industry
Although not as common as other aluminum alloys such as 6061, it can be used in certain automotive parts that require high strength and fatigue resistance, such as certain parts of racing cars.
Marine applications
Certain marine components benefit from the alloy's corrosion resistance in saltwater environments, making it suitable for marine fittings and some marine structures.
